About Chloé Caillet

Chloé Caillet is a Paris-born DJ, producer, and multi-instrumentalist who came to electronic music through an unlikely path: classical piano lessons at 14, followed by years performing keys and bass in psychedelic and garage rock bands across Paris and London, before discovering the DFA Records and LCD Soundsystem-era dance-rock revival when she relocated to New York City in her early twenties. She brought a musician's instinct for dynamics and arrangement to her first DJ sets, developing a versatile open-format style that moves confidently across house, disco, techno, and experimental club music. In 2023 she founded SMIILE — a queer-centered club night and forthcoming record label — staging the first events in Barcelona and London as a platform for inclusive underground dance music culture. Recognition followed quickly: DJ Mag named her an Artist to Watch in 2023, Mixmag awarded her Breakthrough DJ of 2022, and BBC Radio 1 included her in Dance Future Stars. She has since played back-to-back with Jamie xx and performed internationally at Circoloco Ibiza, Montreux Jazz Festival, and major European festival circuits. Her EDC Las Vegas 2026 neonGARDEN appearance paired her in a b2b set with DJ Tennis on Night 1 (May 15) as part of the Time Warp stage takeover.
