1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoCoverVegas.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

NoCoverVegas provides free guest list sign-ups and complimentary ride coordination for nightclubs, dayclubs, and gentlemen's clubs in Las Vegas. Our services are provided at no cost to guests.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our services. All venue entry is subject to the venue's own policies, including dress code requirements, capacity limits, and ID verification.

4. Guest List Terms

  • Guest list sign-up does not guarantee entry. All venues reserve the right to deny entry at their discretion.
  • Guest list benefits (such as free or reduced cover) vary by venue and are subject to change without notice.
  • Arrival times and group size requirements are set by the venues. Late arrivals may forfeit guest list benefits.
  • Guest list spots are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date.

5. Ride Service

  • Free guest list entrys are provided by our venue partners and are subject to availability.
  • Pickup times, locations, and routes are coordinated between you and the venue or ride provider.
  • NoCoverVegas is not the operator of guest lists and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or incidents during transportation.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of venue policies
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse the guest list system (e.g., duplicate sign-ups, fake group sizes)
  • Harass our staff, venue partners, or other guests

7. Venue Submission Authorization

By submitting a guest list request, you authorize NoCoverVegas to submit your provided information (name, email, phone number, party size, and requested date) to the selected venue's guest list system on your behalf. This may include submitting your information to the venue's ticketing platform or forwarding it to the venue's designated VIP host. The venue may send you their own separate confirmation communications.

8. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from NoCoverVegas including guest list confirmations, event reminders, and occasional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to use our services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on NoCoverVegas.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by NoCoverVegas and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that guest list entries, rides, or venue access will be available at any given time.

11. Limitation of Liability

NoCoverVegas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to NoCoverVegas (which is $0 for our free services).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NoCoverVegas, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
