Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas debuted its Spring 2026 renovation on March 21 with Martin Garrix headlining the grand reopening — the most comprehensive physical transformation the venue has undergone since its 2012 launch. Tao Group commissioned legendary design firm Rockwell Group to reimagine the 22,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck, producing a complete aesthetic overhaul alongside two functional upgrades that materially change the performance and guest experience: a redesigned stage that places artists closer to the crowd than at any point in the venue's history, and an all-new sound system engineered specifically for the world's top DJ talent. The design language shifts from the original neutral palette to a warm, desert-inspired aesthetic built around dusty blushes, warm terracottas, soft lilacs, and sun-bleached neutrals — a visual identity that manages to feel simultaneously luxurious and relaxed, distinguishing Marquee Dayclub's 2026 look from the high-contrast dark-and-neon environments at competing Strip dayclubs. The VIP accommodation tier received the most visible physical changes in the renovation. In-water VIP daybeds now float at the edges of private pool sections behind sheer, billowing curtains — a format borrowed from resort hospitality that does not exist at any other Las Vegas dayclub and creates genuine poolside privacy within a public venue. Grand Cabanas on the upper bungalow tier were rebuilt with ceiling fans, sweeping Las Vegas Boulevard views toward the Bellagio fountains, and sectional seating configurations that accommodate larger groups without the bench-style seating limitation of the previous cabana format. Standard bungalows feature flowing curtains, striped wallcoverings, plush upholstered seating, and sculptural mirrors — a material upgrade from the original utilitarian shade structures that previously defined the upper tier. The split-level architecture that has defined Marquee Dayclub since 2012 remains intact: the main pool deck operates at ground level while the curved staircase ascends to the upper bungalow tier, which commands panoramic sightlines down Las Vegas Boulevard toward the Bellagio fountains. The Marquee x Beatport partnership for 2026 continues to elevate Friday programming beyond standard DJ residency bookings — Beatport co-curates the Friday lineup with Marquee's programming team, drawing from the deeper catalog of house and techno producers rather than the festival EDM circuit. Saturday headliner programming anchors the week with the highest-profile bookings and largest crowds, while the Monday Marquee Takeover attracts a hospitality-industry and local-visitor crowd that produces the most authentic non-tourist pool atmosphere of any weekday event in Las Vegas. The Cosmopolitan's central Strip location puts Marquee Dayclub within five minutes' walk of Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, and CityCenter — the most walkable major dayclub address on Las Vegas Boulevard.

First Timer?

What to Expect at Marquee Dayclub

Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan is one of the defining pool party experiences in Las Vegas, with a venue capacity of 2,500 guests. Multi-level rooftop pool complex with a trendy, fashion-forward crowd and stronger-than-average musical depth. The Spring 2026 Rockwell Group renovation transformed the venue with a desert-luxury aesthetic — dusty blushes, warm terracottas, and sun-bleached neutrals — and introduced in-water VIP daybeds behind sheer curtains that don't exist at any other Strip dayclub. Marquee's upper bungalow tier faces south toward the Bellagio fountains, delivering a Las Vegas Boulevard view that is geographically specific to this venue. The Beatport Friday partnership attracts a more musically engaged electronic music crowd than standard headliner-driven Saturdays — the weekend split produces two meaningfully different audience types across the same venue in consecutive days. The Monday Marquee Takeover brings in local industry workers and regulars for the most non-tourist pool atmosphere of any weekday dayclub event in Las Vegas. Connected directly to Marquee Nightclub via the Cosmopolitan building for the smoothest same-property day-to-night transition on the Strip. From the moment you walk through the entrance, you are immersed in a world of music, sunshine, and poolside energy that only Vegas can deliver. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, bachelor or bachelorette party, or simply looking for the ultimate daytime party, Marquee Dayclub delivers an experience that goes far beyond a typical hotel pool.

Friday through Monday. Saturday is the biggest day. Monday 'Marquee Takeover' draws industry crowds. The energy builds steadily throughout the day, with peak hours running 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM. This is when the headline DJ takes the stage, the crowd is at full capacity, and the atmosphere reaches its highest point. Expect world-class sound systems, dramatic production elements, and a crowd that comes dressed to impress. The poolside bars keep drinks flowing while VIP sections, cabanas, and daybeds offer elevated experiences for groups willing to invest in premium service.

Unlike nightclubs where darkness sets the mood, pool parties at Marquee Dayclub thrive under the Las Vegas sun. That means great photos, a more social atmosphere, and a completely different energy than you will find after dark. Many guests use the pool party as a warm-up for their evening plans, while others treat it as the main event of their Vegas day. Either way, signing up for the guest list through NoCoverVegas ensures you walk in without paying cover, leaving more in your budget for drinks and poolside fun.

No tank tops, basketball shorts, team jerseys, baseball caps, robes, athletic wear, denim, or work boots. Cover-ups required when walking through The Cosmopolitan casino floor. • Sandals or fashionable slides — heels are not practical

Plan Your Visit

Best Days to Visit Marquee Dayclub

Friday through Monday. Saturday is the biggest day. Monday 'Marquee Takeover' draws industry crowds.

When planning which day to attend Marquee Dayclub, keep in mind that the day of the week dramatically affects the experience. Saturdays consistently draw the largest crowds and the biggest headliner DJs. Fridays offer a slightly more manageable crowd while still featuring strong lineups. Sundays can be a great sweet spot — the crowd tends to skew toward locals and industry people, and the vibe is often more relaxed while still being a full-production pool party. See the Sunday pool party guide for the full day-by-day breakdown. If Marquee Dayclub operates on weekdays, those are your best bet for shorter lines and a more laid-back atmosphere. Holiday weekends like Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day are the busiest weekends of pool party season and sell out quickly, so getting on the guest list early is essential for those dates.

Biggest Crowds

Saturday — headliner DJs, maximum energy, arrive early

Best Value

Friday or Sunday — strong lineups with smaller crowds

Holiday Weekends

Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day — book early, sell out fast

Directions

Getting to Marquee Dayclub

Marquee Dayclub is located at The Cosmopolitan, 3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. Whether you drive, take a rideshare, or hop on our free entry, here are the best ways to get to the venue without any hassle.

Free Entry

The easiest option — sign up for the guest list through NoCoverVegas and we arrange a complimentary guest list from your hotel. No surge pricing, no navigation stress, and you arrive in style. Just text or call (725) 999-9293 to coordinate pickup.

Rideshare

Drop off at Cosmopolitan main entrance on Las Vegas Blvd. Take elevator to pool level. Keep in mind that rideshare prices surge heavily during peak pool party hours on weekends. A ride that costs $10 on a Tuesday can easily hit $30-50 on a Saturday afternoon.

Parking

Cosmopolitan self-parking garage. $20/day or free with hotel stay. If you are driving, arrive early to avoid the parking garage filling up on busy days. Valet is convenient but can have long wait times at the end of the party when everyone leaves at once.

Pro Tips

Insider Tips for Marquee Dayclub

1

The Spring 2026 renovation moved the stage closer to the crowd — the main pool deck's front section now has concert-level proximity to the DJ that didn't exist in the original layout

2

Position yourself on the second-tier bungalow deck for Las Vegas Boulevard views — looking south toward the Bellagio fountains is one of the best photo vantage points of any dayclub on the Strip

3

Monday is the most underrated day at Marquee — the Takeover draws local nightlife workers and regulars for one of the most authentic, non-tourist pool atmospheres of the week

4

The dipping pool on the upper level is consistently less crowded than the main pool — stay in water and keep close to the DJ action without competing for space

5

Marquee's guest list cutoff is strict at 1:00 PM — walk time from the Cosmopolitan's main entrance to the pool elevator is longer than it looks, so budget an extra 10 minutes

6

Friday's Marquee x Beatport partnership brings the most credible electronic music programming of any day — the co-curated lineup skews toward serious house and techno producers rather than festival circuit headliners

7

July 2026 Saturday schedule: Elderbrook headlines July 4th, DJ Pauly D holds back-to-back Saturdays on July 11 and July 18 — the only consecutive weekend headline run at Marquee this summer. Register for guest list at least 1 week in advance for either DJ Pauly D date, as they routinely reach capacity before the 1:00 PM cutoff.

The Full Story

What Makes Marquee Dayclub Stand Out

Marquee Dayclub completed its Spring 2026 renovation in March — a physical transformation by Rockwell Group that introduced two structural performance upgrades and a complete aesthetic overhaul of the 22,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck. The redesigned stage places artists measurably closer to the crowd than the previous configuration, creating a more intimate performer-to-audience proximity that changes how the DJ set reads across the entire deck. The all-new sound system is engineered specifically for the acoustic conditions and crowd density of a large rooftop dayclub — not adapted from a nightclub rig but purpose-built for the outdoor pool party format. For guests who attend other Las Vegas dayclubs regularly, the sonic difference is immediately noticeable on the main pool deck. The VIP accommodation tier is where the renovation's design investment is most visible: in-water daybeds now float at the edges of private pool sections behind sheer curtains, a format that creates genuine poolside privacy in a public venue and does not exist at any other Las Vegas dayclub. Grand Cabanas on the upper bungalow tier were rebuilt with ceiling fans, Strip-facing views toward the Bellagio fountains, and sectional seating for larger groups. Standard bungalows feature flowing curtains, striped wallcoverings, plush seating, and sculptural mirrors — materials that reflect the renovation's desert-luxury palette of dusty blushes, warm terracottas, and sun-bleached neutrals.

The structural split-level architecture that has defined Marquee Dayclub since 2012 carries through the renovation: the main pool deck operates at ground level, the curved staircase ascends to the upper bungalow tier, and the panoramic Boulevard sightlines toward Bellagio remain the upper deck's defining feature. The dipping pool on the upper tier continues to be the venue's most underutilized asset — shallower than the main pool below, a fraction of the crowd density, and adjacent to the elevated DJ booth, it delivers the clearest listening position in the venue with almost no competition for space. Marquee's internal access advantage through The Cosmopolitan is unchanged post-renovation: guests reach the pool deck via a dedicated elevator bank from the casino floor, arriving at poolside with zero outdoor sun exposure — a meaningful comfort difference on July afternoons at 110+ degrees when other venues require a 10-15 minute outdoor walk from the street. The Marquee x Beatport Friday partnership continues to position Friday programming around credentialed electronic music curation rather than festival-circuit headliner appeal, drawing a more music-engaged crowd than any other day of the week. The 6:00 PM close positions Marquee Dayclub as the cleanest transition point on the Strip into an early dinner reservation before nightclubs open.

The Full Guide

Marquee Dayclub: Everything You Need to Know

The multi-level split architecture at Marquee Dayclub is the primary group-booking feature that distinguishes the venue from every other Strip dayclub — the 22,000-square-foot complex at The Cosmopolitan is built around a vertical division that puts the main pool deck at ground level and a raised bungalow tier above, accessible via a curved staircase with panoramic sightlines toward Las Vegas Boulevard and the Bellagio fountains to the south. Groups who reserve bungalows on the upper tier simultaneously occupy a private VIP section and the best vantage point in the venue — a combination that other dayclubs cannot offer because their layouts place VIP accommodations at ground-level cabana rows rather than at elevation above the main crowd. The upper deck photo orientation looking south toward the Bellagio fountains from inside a Strip dayclub exists nowhere else on the central Las Vegas Boulevard, and for birthday groups, bachelorette parties, and bachelor weekends where photographs are central to how the event gets remembered, the upper tier placement at Marquee produces a visual record that is geographically specific to this property. The dipping pool on the upper bungalow tier is the venue's most underutilized group feature: shallower and smaller than the main pool below, it holds a fraction of the guest capacity and sits immediately adjacent to the elevated DJ booth, which means groups in the dipping pool hear the DJ mix with greater clarity than the main pool crowd below where ambient noise from the crowd creates a less clean listening environment. Upper tier bar service operates on its own cycle, which consistently produces faster ordering on peak Saturdays when main pool bar wait times reach five to ten minutes.

The Marquee x Beatport Friday programming partnership is an institutional credential that distinguishes Marquee's weekly schedule from every other Las Vegas dayclub. Beatport is the world's leading digital platform for electronic music purchasing and professional DJ tools — the platform where professional DJs source individual tracks and where serious electronic music listeners discover new releases before they reach streaming services. The Friday lineup co-programmed through the Beatport partnership reflects this relationship: the artists booked are credentialed within the electronic music professional community based on their recorded catalog and technical performance skills rather than festival circuit popularity or social media metrics. For groups where at least some members have genuine electronic music knowledge — a common profile among 25-to-35 year old professional groups attending Las Vegas for industry conferences or planned weekend trips — the Friday Beatport event provides dayclub programming that holds up to scrutiny from informed listeners. The programming distinction between Friday and Saturday at Marquee is intentional: Saturday headliner booking targets mass-market appeal with the highest-profile names on the national festival circuit, while Friday Beatport programming targets music-credentialed curation depth over surface-level headliner recognition. Groups planning a Las Vegas dayclub visit around electronic music quality and wanting to avoid a crowd driven entirely by mainstream celebrity headliner appeal should target a Marquee Friday — the crowd profile shifts noticeably toward music-engaged listeners on the Beatport-programmed days.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas gives Marquee Dayclub an internal access advantage that no other Strip dayclub matches on peak summer afternoons. The pool complex is reached via a dedicated elevator bank directly from the casino floor — guests travel from air-conditioned casino interior to pool level without any outdoor sun exposure. On July and August afternoons when Strip temperatures reach 108 to 112 degrees, eliminating the 10-to-15 minute walk in direct sunlight that guests face arriving at street-facing dayclubs creates a meaningful comfort difference that shapes the energy of groups when they arrive poolside. This internal routing also bypasses outdoor queuing that builds at sidewalk-entrance dayclubs on peak Saturdays, meaning Marquee guests reach the pool deck faster and in better condition. The direct Marquee Dayclub-to-Marquee Nightclub transition is the defining group itinerary advantage at The Cosmopolitan — Marquee Dayclub operates until 6 PM, and Marquee Nightclub occupies the same building. For groups spending a full afternoon at Marquee Dayclub, the post-close transition to Marquee Nightclub requires no rideshare, no navigation decision, and no coordination overhead: the path from pool to nightclub is an internal walk through the Cosmopolitan. The same-property day-to-night arc from Marquee Dayclub opening through Marquee Nightclub close represents a complete entertainment day at a single Strip address — the most operationally simple group itinerary on the central Strip because it eliminates every transit variable, including driver availability windows, outdoor heat re-exposure, and group coordination gaps.

VIP & Table Service

Marquee DayclubBottle Service & VIP Guide

Marquee Dayclub's Spring 2026 renovation by Rockwell Group fundamentally changed the VIP experience at every tier of the venue. The redesigned stage places the DJ measurably closer to the crowd than the previous configuration — a structural change that affects how headliner performances feel from every VIP section, not just the front row. The all-new sound system was engineered specifically for Marquee's acoustic conditions and crowd density rather than adapted from a nightclub rig; guests who have attended Marquee before 2026 will hear the difference in clarity and definition across the main pool deck, particularly at the mid-deck daybed and cabana positions that previously sat in acoustic shadow zones. The renovation's most significant VIP upgrade is the in-water daybed tier — sections where individual daybeds float at the edges of private pool sections behind sheer curtains, creating genuine poolside privacy within a shared pool environment. This format does not exist at any other Las Vegas dayclub in 2026.

Grand Cabanas on Marquee's upper bungalow tier represent the renovation's premium investment. Each Grand Cabana was rebuilt with ceiling fans — a practical feature that meaningfully reduces heat stress during peak 1 to 4 PM summer afternoons — Strip-facing sightlines toward the Bellagio fountains, and sectional seating configurations sized for groups of 12 to 20 guests. The upper tier orientation looking south toward the Bellagio from inside a Strip dayclub is geographically specific to Marquee — no other dayclub on Las Vegas Boulevard provides an elevated south-facing vantage point from a reserved VIP section. Standard bungalows on the same upper level feature flowing curtains, sculptural mirrors, plush sectional seating, and the renovation's desert-luxury palette of dusty blushes and warm terracottas.

The dipping pool on Marquee's upper bungalow tier is the most underutilized VIP feature in the venue. Shallower and smaller than the main pool below, the dipping pool holds a fraction of the guest capacity and sits immediately adjacent to the elevated DJ booth — which means groups positioned in the dipping pool area hear the DJ mix with noticeably greater clarity than the main pool crowd, where ambient sound from 2,500 guests creates a competitive acoustic environment. Upper tier bar service operates on its own cycle, and consistently produces faster ordering on peak Saturdays when main pool bar wait times reach five to ten minutes. The Cosmopolitan's internal elevator bank gives Marquee an access advantage that compounds in value as summer temperatures increase: guests arrive at pool level from the casino floor with zero outdoor sun exposure, bypassing the outdoor queue lines that build at street-entrance dayclubs on Saturday headliner days. After the 6 PM pool close, Marquee Nightclub occupies the same Cosmopolitan building — the day-to-night transition requires no rideshare, no re-queuing from outside, and no coordination logistics between pool and nightclub.

Marquee Dayclub's 14-Year Evolution: From 2012 Launch to the 2026 Rockwell Group Redesign

Marquee Dayclub opened in 2012 as one of the first purpose-built rooftop dayclubs on the Las Vegas Strip — a concept that did not yet have a defined template. The original design established the split-level architecture that remains today: a main pool deck at the lower rooftop level and an upper bungalow tier connected by a curved staircase, with the upper deck facing south toward Las Vegas Boulevard and the Bellagio fountains. At opening, the 22,000-square-foot complex was among the largest rooftop pool spaces in the city and the only Strip dayclub operating under a premium hotel brand at the mid-Strip intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue.

Over the 14 years between opening and the 2026 renovation, Marquee evolved from a novelty into a Las Vegas institution. The Monday Marquee Takeover became a local nightlife tradition in years two and three — not as a marketing initiative but organically, as Las Vegas hospitality industry workers discovered that Marquee on Monday operated at a fraction of peak Saturday energy and served the best non-tourist pool atmosphere in the city. The Beatport Friday partnership formalized the credentialed electronic music programming that Marquee had informally cultivated through its relationship with the European club scene. By 2024, Marquee was operating a 7-day-per-week schedule that no competing Las Vegas dayclub had matched: the combination of year-round operation, the industry Monday, and the Beatport Friday differentiated the venue from the newer dayclubs that operated only during peak summer season.

The 2026 decision to commission Rockwell Group — the same design firm behind some of the world's most celebrated hospitality environments, including many of Tao Group's flagship properties — reflected how significant the renovation was meant to be. The brief to Rockwell Group specified three non-negotiable structural outputs: a redesigned stage that physically moved the DJ closer to the crowd, an all-new sound system purpose-built for rooftop acoustic conditions (not a repurposed nightclub rig), and a VIP accommodation tier that did not exist at any other Strip dayclub. The in-water daybeds behind sheer curtains emerged as the design solution to that third requirement — a format drawn from international resort hospitality that creates genuine poolside privacy within a shared-access public venue. The desert-luxury aesthetic that Rockwell Group imposed — dusty blushes, warm terracottas, sun-bleached neutrals, sculptural mirrors — replaced the original neutral palette and created a visual identity that reads as distinctly Marquee 2026 rather than generic Las Vegas rooftop pool.

Arriving at Marquee Dayclub: Navigation, Transit Timing, and the 1:00 PM Cutoff

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas's main entrance on Las Vegas Boulevard opens into a casino floor that is one of the most navigated properties on the Strip — but the path to Marquee Dayclub is not the path most first-time visitors take. The pool elevator bank that accesses Marquee Dayclub is a dedicated lift system that bypasses the hotel's main elevator banks and routes guests directly from the casino level to the pool deck. The signage for the pool elevator is present throughout the Cosmopolitan casino floor, but the physical walk from the main Boulevard entrance to the elevator bank takes five to seven minutes at a normal pace through the casino. On peak Saturday headliner afternoons when multiple security and guest list check-in steps happen sequentially, this transit time is the most frequently underestimated element of the arrival process.

The guest list check-in window at Marquee Dayclub is on the left side of the main pool entrance — arriving guests coming up from the pool elevator exit at the pool deck level and turn left to reach the check-in window. The process at the check-in window includes ID verification, wristband issuance, and group ratio confirmation for male guests arriving on guest list: the entire process typically takes two to three minutes per group, which is fast, but compounds with the elevator wait when demand is high. On Fisher and Chainsmokers Saturdays, the elevator and check-in queue forms before 11:30 AM opening.

The 1:00 PM guest list cutoff at Marquee is the latest of any major Strip dayclub — 30 minutes later than OMNIA Dayclub's 12:30 PM cutoff and 2.5 hours earlier than EBC's 3:00 PM cutoff. The later cutoff is frequently cited as a major convenience advantage, and it is — but it creates a specific mathematical risk: guests who plan to arrive 'before 1 PM' from a hotel two blocks away often calculate only the walking or rideshare time, not the casino-floor-to-elevator-bank transit or the check-in queue. Arriving at The Cosmopolitan's Boulevard entrance at 12:52 PM on a Fisher Saturday places the guest at the pool deck check-in window at approximately 1:02 to 1:05 PM — past the cutoff. The practical safe arrival window is: be at The Cosmopolitan's main entrance no later than 12:45 PM on peak headliner Saturdays, 12:50 PM on standard Saturdays and Fridays, and any time before 1:00 PM on Thursdays and Mondays when demand is meaningfully lower.

Guests staying at The Cosmopolitan have the most straightforward access: the in-building connection from hotel rooms to the pool elevator bank eliminates all outdoor transit and substantially reduces the casino floor distance to the pool elevator. For Cosmopolitan hotel guests, the internal access advantage means a 12:58 PM departure from a guest room can realistically reach the check-in window before the cutoff — though earlier arrival is always the better strategy on major headliner days.

Between Marquee Dayclub and Marquee Nightclub: Making the Most of the 6 PM to 10 PM Gap

Marquee Dayclub closes its pool programming at 6:00 PM. Marquee Nightclub opens at 10:30 PM. The 4.5-hour gap is long enough to require planning but short enough that the temptation is to default to a single overpriced cocktail at a Strip hotel bar. Groups staying at or near The Cosmopolitan have a meaningful advantage: the gap can be filled with some of Las Vegas's best dining without leaving the building or the immediate CityCenter corridor.

The Cosmopolitan's dining options are the densest at any Strip hotel with a same-building dayclub-to-nightclub transition. Secret Pizza on the 14th floor — a New York-style pizza operation with no signage, no reservation list, and a cash-or-card-only strip mall storefront aesthetic — is the most famous locals' dining insider in the building and consistently offers the best dollar-to-satisfaction ratio of any post-pool meal within walking distance of the pool deck. The late afternoon crowd thins significantly between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM, making it the optimal window for a no-wait slice. Wicked Spoon, the breakfast-through-dinner buffet on the Cosmopolitan's casino level, operates through early evening and manages to maintain quality standards for buffet dining that are meaningfully above the Strip average: for groups of 6 or more who want a single table that accommodates everyone post-pool without a reservation, it is the most practical option in the building.

Groups willing to walk five minutes from The Cosmopolitan access the broader CityCenter dining corridor at ARIA and Vdara — the most restaurant-dense three-building complex on the Strip. ARIA's casino level includes multiple dining options from casual to mid-upscale that accommodate walk-in groups of 4 to 10 without advance reservation on most post-pool evenings. For groups targeting a higher-end dinner before transitioning to Marquee Nightclub, Bardot Brasserie and CATCH are both within the mid-Strip walking radius from The Cosmopolitan and offer a quality tier appropriate for a celebration evening.

The transition back to The Cosmopolitan for Marquee Nightclub does not require re-entry from the street: once inside The Cosmopolitan's building, the nightclub is accessed through the casino level. Groups who dine at Cosmopolitan restaurants and return to the building for Marquee Nightclub at 10:30 PM have effectively spent the entire day — noon pool party through midnight nightclub — without leaving the property or arranging any transportation.

Music Programming

Marquee x Beatport: Why Friday Programming Is Different

Beatport is the world's leading platform for professional DJ music purchasing and the primary catalog source for electronic music producers and touring artists — the platform where working DJs source individual tracks before they appear on streaming services and where serious electronic music listeners discover releases before they reach mainstream audiences. The Marquee x Beatport Friday partnership gives Beatport co-curation authority over the Friday lineup at Marquee Dayclub, which means the artists booked on Fridays are selected based on credentialing within the professional electronic music community rather than through the festival circuit popularity metrics that drive Saturday headliner bookings at every Las Vegas dayclub. The Friday crowd profile at Marquee shifts noticeably as a result: a higher proportion of musically engaged listeners who came specifically for a named artist rather than for the general pool party experience, a lower proportion of first-time Las Vegas visitors following generic dayclub recommendations, and a more consistent presence of music-industry professionals who use the Beatport partnership as a signal of programming credibility.

The practical consequence of this curation model is that Friday at Marquee produces a meaningfully different atmosphere than Saturday at Marquee — or than any day at competing dayclubs. Saturday headliner bookings across all Strip dayclubs converge on the same pool of available festival-circuit artists, creating similar audience profiles across competing venues on the most competitive day of the week. Friday Beatport programming at Marquee deliberately diverges from this pattern: the co-curated lineup emphasizes deep catalog credibility and technical performance skills, drawing an audience whose primary motivation is electronic music rather than Las Vegas social performance. Groups where at least some members have genuine electronic music knowledge — a common profile among 25-to-35-year-old professional groups attending Las Vegas for industry conferences or planned weekend trips — find the Friday Beatport program the most substantive DJ programming day available at any Strip dayclub. The crowd size on Fridays is also meaningfully below peak Saturday headliner attendance, which means the acoustic experience on the main pool deck is clearer and the physical environment is less crowded than on the weekend's highest-demand day.

The Monday Marquee Takeover is the most underrated programming day at Marquee Dayclub and the most authentically non-tourist pool party event running in Las Vegas on any weekday. The Monday crowd is composed primarily of Las Vegas hospitality industry workers — nightclub and restaurant staff, hotel employees, entertainment professionals — who use Monday as their industry night off and treat Marquee as a regular venue rather than a once-in-a-trip destination. The social composition this creates is the most knowledgeable, most regular, and most community-oriented crowd of any day at Marquee: a pool party where a significant share of guests know each other, recognize the DJs personally, and have attended the venue dozens of times. For visitors who want to avoid the tourist-concentrated crowds of Saturday headliner days and experience Marquee as Las Vegas industry insiders do, Monday is the most direct answer.

EBC wins on sheer production scale and the Calvin Harris residency legacy. OMNIA Dayclub, now in its first season at Caesars Palace, is the best choice for guests who want the newest venue infrastructure, the deepest 2026 DJ roster, and a seamless day-to-night OMNIA Nightclub transition via dedicated bridge.

Full Day Experience

Marquee Dayclub to Marquee Nightclub: The Cosmopolitan's Unmatched Day-to-Night Transition

Marquee Dayclub and Marquee Nightclub share a building at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas — the only Strip property where the rooftop dayclub and the ground-floor nightclub are operated by the same company, book from the same DJ roster, and coordinate VIP host relationships across both venues simultaneously. The practical consequence is that a group of 10 attending Marquee Dayclub on a Friday afternoon and Marquee Nightclub on the same evening deals with a single NoCoverVegas contact who manages both reservations without a handoff gap. The dayclub closes its rooftop session at 6 PM; Marquee Nightclub opens in the early evening; the transition from rooftop to nightclub is an elevator ride and a casino floor walk, not a rideshare and a re-queue from the street.

The DJ roster overlap between Marquee Dayclub and Marquee Nightclub is the deepest cross-venue artist integration in Las Vegas dayclub history. Fisher, Chris Lake, and The Chainsmokers hold positions in both the dayclub and nightclub calendars — sometimes on the same day in different roles (daytime pool residency in the afternoon, different artist at night, or headliner status reversed between day and night based on billing). Beatport-curated Friday artists at Marquee Dayclub frequently appear on the Marquee Nightclub calendar later in the same week. For groups whose Las Vegas pool day is structured around a specific artist, the Marquee Cosmopolitan format gives the highest probability of finding that artist's name on at least one venue's calendar across the two-day window of most standard Las Vegas trips.

The Cosmopolitan's center-Strip position at the Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue intersection means Marquee Dayclub is within walking distance of ARIA, Bellagio, Park MGM, Planet Hollywood, and the Crystals retail complex. Groups staying at mid-Strip hotels reach the venue without rideshare. The rooftop positioning of Marquee Dayclub creates Las Vegas Strip views from the bungalow sections — one of only two Strip-view dayclub bungalow tiers available in Las Vegas (the other being Tao Beach at The Venetian). Bungalows at Marquee face the southern Las Vegas Boulevard stretch, including the Bellagio fountains to the north and the MGM/Aria corridor to the south, framing a 270-degree panoramic perspective that is the most photographed non-pool feature of any Las Vegas dayclub bungalow.

More Questions

Marquee Dayclub — Additional Questions Answered

What changed at Marquee Dayclub in the Spring 2026 renovation?

Marquee Dayclub's Spring 2026 renovation, completed in March with the Grand Reopening headlined by Martin Garrix, was designed by Rockwell Group and changed three structural elements of the 22,000-square-foot rooftop venue: a redesigned stage that places artists measurably closer to the crowd, an all-new sound system purpose-built for Marquee's rooftop acoustic conditions, and a new VIP accommodation tier featuring in-water daybeds behind sheer curtains — a format that does not exist at any other Las Vegas dayclub. Grand Cabanas on the upper tier were rebuilt with ceiling fans and panoramic Strip views toward the Bellagio fountains.

Is Marquee Dayclub open year-round?

Yes. Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is open Thursday through Monday year-round — one of the only major Las Vegas dayclubs that does not close for winter. The venue's rooftop structure and its indoor corridor access from The Cosmopolitan casino floor make it viable outside of peak pool season. While crowd density and headliner frequency are highest during peak season from Memorial Day through Labor Day, Marquee operates full weekly programming through January and February at a lower event pace than summer.

What is the Marquee x Beatport Friday partnership?

Marquee Dayclub partners with Beatport — the world's leading digital platform for professional electronic music — to co-curate its Friday programming. The Friday lineup reflects Beatport's credentialed electronic music curation: artists are selected based on their recorded catalog and technical DJ credentials rather than festival-circuit headliner popularity. This produces a Friday crowd that skews toward genuine electronic music listeners compared to Saturday's mass-market headliner format. Lost Frequencies and Jonas Blue are among the Beatport Friday performers in the 2026 season.

What is the Monday Marquee Takeover?

The Monday Marquee Takeover is a weekly event at Marquee Dayclub that draws a crowd distinctly different from weekend headliner days — predominantly local Las Vegas hospitality industry workers, entertainment professionals, and regulars who use Marquee as a standing Monday routine. The crowd skews older, more local, and less tourist-heavy than peak Saturday, with faster service ratios, more pool space, and a more relaxed entry process. Monday at Marquee is consistently cited as the most socially authentic pool atmosphere of any day of the week at a major Las Vegas Strip dayclub.

What is the 2026 Spring renovation at Marquee Dayclub and what new VIP sections did it add?

Marquee Dayclub's Spring 2026 renovation, designed by Rockwell Group and unveiled on March 21 with a Grand Reopening headlined by Martin Garrix, transformed the 22,000-square-foot rooftop venue with three structural changes: a redesigned stage that physically moves the DJ closer to the crowd; an all-new sound system purpose-built for rooftop acoustic conditions; and a new in-water daybed VIP tier — sections where individual daybeds float at pool edges behind sheer curtains, creating genuine poolside privacy unique on the Las Vegas Strip. Grand Cabanas on the upper tier were rebuilt with ceiling fans, panoramic views toward the Bellagio fountains, and a desert-luxury palette of dusty blushes and warm terracottas.
