Who Is Bijou?
Tempe, Arizona-raised DJ and producer who pioneered the G-house sound — a fusion of hip-hop swagger and classic Chicago house. Releases on Insomniac Records. Known for aggressive bass lines, deep grooves, and sets that bridge underground credibility with main stage energy. Performs at Marquee Nightclub and Marquee Dayclub at The Cosmopolitan with a loyal following across the house music community.
Ben Dorman founded Do Not Duplicate Records (DND RECS) and pioneered the G-house genre alongside Dr. Fresch. Their 2016 collaboration 'Hello' became a defining record for the genre. His debut album Diamond City (2020) was an ode to his Phoenix, Arizona hometown, and he won 'Best DJ' in the Phoenix New Times Best of Phoenix 2020 guide.
