KI/KI (born Kiki Wesselo) is an Amsterdam-based DJ and producer who emerged from the city's queer underground scene to become one of the most talked-about names in European electronic music. Her sets blend the hypnotic pulse of classic 1990s acid trance with the intensity of modern Berlin techno — a radiant, high-energy sound that appeals equally to rave veterans who lived through the original acid house explosion and younger listeners discovering it for the first time. She began DJing at Amsterdam's queer party SPIELRAUM in 2018 and built a residency at the Leidseplein district that gave her the weekly stage time to develop a signature style: long, hypnotic builds layered over squelching 303 basslines and metallic percussion.
