About Kim Lee

California-based DJ Kim Lee trained at the Scratch Academy in Los Angeles — the professional DJ school whose alumni now populate a significant share of the city's working nightlife circuit. Her introduction to the industry came through Apl De Ap of The Black Eyed Peas, who recognized her potential and provided early support and encouragement that opened the door to her first international touring opportunities. From that entry point she built a touring career that eventually placed her on stages alongside Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix, Diplo, and Skrillex — a collection of headliners that reflects the open-format versatility and international range of her DJ programming across EDM, pop, and dance music. In 2019 she hosted Yo!
