About Lilly Palmer
Sonja Rauschenbach — performing as Lilly Palmer — was born April 5, 1999 in the Nuremberg area and began her DJ career in Zurich bars and clubs, starting with tech-house and deep house before progressively embracing higher tempos as she moved to larger stages. She founded her own Spannung Records label and released the 'We Control' EP on Drumcode in 2022 — one of the most significant imprint placements in the techno world — using her own vocals on the title track. The Amsterdam-based artist occupies the harder end of the Drumcode techno spectrum, incorporating turbo-charged big-room tempos alongside elements of trance and psytrance alongside punchy hard dance, a combination that placed her in DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs for the first time at #57 in 2025. Her 2026 schedule includes EDC Las Vegas, EDC Thailand, Ultra Miami, and Beyond Wonderland, establishing a consistent festival presence across North America and Asia. Her EDC Las Vegas 2026 circuitGROUNDS appearance brought Drumcode techno to a stage alongside Boys Noize, Kevin de Vries, Tiësto, Sammy Virji, and ANNA.
