LEGADO 7 is a corridos tumbados group from Southern California signed to Rancho Humilde, the independent label that emerged as a defining force in the corridos tumbados movement. Founded in 2014 by vocalist Alexander Guerra and accordionist Ramón Ruiz, LEGADO 7 builds their sound on the sierreño foundation — accordion, tuba, and bajo sexto — combined with the streetwise narrative storytelling and contemporary street imagery that define corridos tumbados as a genre distinct from traditional norteño music.
