What Makes It Different
Why Go Pool is Unlike Anything Else
Go Pool at Flamingo Las Vegas opened February 27, 2026 after a $20 million renovation that transformed the property's aging pool complex into one of the most thoughtfully designed dayclub spaces on the Strip. The centerpiece is a 50-foot-wide rain curtain waterfall positioned directly behind the DJ booth — the performance backdrop creates a visual element that photographs unlike anything at any other Las Vegas pool venue, and the combined effect of the waterfall sound, DJ audio, and the visual spectacle establishes immediate atmosphere the moment programming begins. The main pool features a 30-seat circular swim-up bar as its central organizing element — this is among the longest swim-up bars in Las Vegas, and the circular design with canopy shade, four flat-screen TVs, and built-in cooling misters gives it a functionality beyond most Strip swim-up installations that are more decorative than practical in 105°F summer heat. The surrounding shallow wet deck is lined with in-water loungers and plush couches — a design choice that allows guests to be technically in the water while maintaining lounge-style seating, which maximizes the amount of time spent actually in the pool rather than sitting adjacent to it. Five distinct pool areas across 1.5 acres with temperature-controlled water means each section has its own atmosphere and energy level, giving groups multiple choices within the same venue. General admission is complimentary for both hotel guests and non-hotel guests (21+), making Go Pool the only renovated center-Strip dayclub with major DJ programming and free entry, while the 33 VIP cabanas serve groups wanting dedicated service and reserved space.
Insider Knowledge
Go Pool VIP Tips from People Who Know
The 50-foot rain curtain waterfall behind the DJ booth is the best photo backdrop of any Las Vegas dayclub — position yourself in the main pool facing the stage for shots that are instantly identifiable
Free GA admission (21+) means you can arrive at noon, enjoy a few hours, and leave without having pre-committed to the full $30–$100 cover that Strip mega-dayclubs require
The circular swim-up bar with canopy shade and cooling misters is genuinely functional in summer heat — stake a seat before 1:00 PM on Saturdays when the 30 spots fill
Flamingo's location puts you within walking distance of Caesars, Bally's, the LINQ, Cosmopolitan, and Bellagio — the easiest dayclub for spontaneous group decisions that don't require advance logistics
Flamingo hotel guests get complimentary pool access Sunday through Friday — on most days Go Pool functions as a free resort amenity. Hotel guests are only charged $11 on Saturdays after 10 AM, making it one of the best-value pool days of any casino on the Strip.
Weekday DJ programming (Sunday–Thursday) features local open-format DJs spinning hip-hop, EDM, Latin, and top-40 in a noticeably smaller crowd than peak weekends — non-hotel guests also get in free Monday through Thursday, making midweek visits genuinely zero-cost for most visitors.
VIP Experience Details
Go Pool Bottle Service — What You Need to Know
Bottle service at Go Pool starts at $300 — an accessible minimum relative to comparable center-Strip dayclubs — delivered at a venue that completed a $20 million renovation in 2026 adding five all-new pools, a 30-seat swim-up bar among the longest on the Strip, and 33 VIP cabanas across west VIP pool and wet deck sections.
Two primary VIP configurations define the Go Pool table experience. West VIP pool cabanas sit along the west pool section with large couch seating and direct visual access to the main pool and DJ stage — the cabana format most closely resembling a traditional dayclub VIP section with enclosed seating adjacent to pool programming. Wet deck North VIP daybeds position guests inside the actual North VIP pool, with the daybed platform sitting in the water itself — a genuinely in-pool seating configuration that maximizes direct water immersion while maintaining the reserved seating and server access that daybed packages include. Both tiers include a dedicated cocktail server, standard mixers and garnishes, and security throughout the session. Service fees of 8% tax, 15% gratuity, and 3% venue fee apply to all bottle orders; individual bottles are priced $250–$400.
The 50-foot rain curtain waterfall positioned directly behind the DJ booth is the visual centerpiece of the renovation — DJ programming in front of a 50-foot waterfall creates an atmosphere that makes Go Pool's pool-deck production distinctive even by Strip standards. Center-Strip positioning with walking distance to Caesars, the Cosmopolitan, the LINQ, and Bellagio eliminates rideshare logistics for groups staying at mid-Strip properties. Flamingo hotel guests receive complimentary pool access Sunday through Friday and pay only $11 on Saturdays, meaning Go Pool VIP for an on-property group functions as an upgrade to included access rather than a standalone premium purchase.

Day-Of Logistics
What to Expect on Pool Party Day
Arrival Time
Go Pool runs february – october (opens late february), typically 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Arriving within the first 30 minutes of open is the single most valuable move for VIP guests — the venue is at 20–30% capacity, your host is fully available, and the best pool positions are set up fresh. By 1:30 PM on headliner weekends the deck reaches capacity and entry slows significantly regardless of reservation status. Text your host 15 minutes before arrival so they are at the entry point when you reach Flamingo Las Vegas.
What to Bring
Bring SPF 50+ sunscreen in spray or lotion form — Go Pool's pool environment involves 4–6 hours of direct Las Vegas sun, which at altitude produces burn conditions that surprise guests used to coastal beach settings. A cover-up or resort shirt for the walk to your cabana is recommended. Flip-flops or sandals get you from hotel to pool without issue; pool shoes stay in your cabana safe while you swim. A valid government-issued ID for every person in your group is required — Go Pool checks ID at the VIP entry point, not just the main gate.
What's Not Allowed
Las Vegas pool venues including Go Pool prohibit outside alcohol, glass containers near the pool deck, and professional photography equipment (DSLRs with detachable lenses, gimbal rigs, and drone equipment). Outside food is not permitted in VIP sections. Selfie sticks are typically flagged by security as an inconvenience to other guests. Personal Bluetooth speakers are not allowed — the Go Pool sound system covers the full venue including your cabana. Sunscreen aerosol cans above 3.4 oz may be checked at entry; bring travel-size or apply before arrival.
Bottle Service Timing
Order your first round within 20–30 minutes of being seated at your cabana at Go Pool. Hosts track ordering pace against the minimum spend target; groups that wait until the last hour to order create a compressed rush that produces service delays. Front-load a bottle of vodka or tequila early with your mixers, let the group work through it, and reorder when the bottle is at one-third. If you are approaching your minimum spend with two hours remaining, your host will prompt you — this is normal, not high-pressure sales. The minimum is the minimum; additional orders above it are at your discretion.
Las Vegas Summer Heat
Go Pool operates in a desert environment where peak-summer pool days reach 105–112°F. The UV index during afternoon hours (12 PM–4 PM) is extreme by any meteorological classification — UV 11–12 on the scale, comparable to high-altitude tropical destinations. Drink water regularly alongside cocktails; a group consuming 2–3 bottles of spirits over 5 hours at 105°F will dehydrate faster than expected. VIP Cabana and cabana sections at Go Pool include shade coverage during peak afternoon hours — use it. The pool itself is the primary cooling mechanism, and VIP guests with reserved sections can enter and exit the pool throughout the session without losing their space.
When to Go
Go Pool VIP by Season
Spring (Mar – May)
Early-season minimums at Go Pool are typically lower than summer peak — the venue has opened but the full spring break and EDC crowd has not yet arrived. Ideal for first-time visitors who want the VIP experience at a more accessible minimum spend. EDC Week (May) is the single highest-demand period of the spring season; book vip cabana sections at least 6 weeks in advance for EDC weekend dates.
Summer (Jun – Aug)
Peak season at Go Pool brings the highest headliner frequency, the largest crowds, and the highest minimums. Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends represent the three summer peaks — Cabana minimums on these weekends typically run 30–50% above standard weekend pricing. The tradeoff: the largest DJs play peak-season dates, the venue operates at its most energetic, and the guest list dynamic for VIP sections is most competitive, meaning the quality of crowd inside Go Pool's reserved sections is highest during summer.
Fall (Sep – Oct)
Fall shoulder season at Go Pool offers the best value-to-experience ratio for groups optimizing for minimum spend. Crowds thin after Labor Day, minimums return to base levels, and Go Pool continues programming through the end of its february – october (opens late february) season. Convention season (September–October has the highest concentration of major Las Vegas conventions) drives boutique demand spikes around specific weekends — check the convention calendar before booking a fall date if you want a quieter VIP experience.
Best Day of Week
Saturday draws the biggest DJ sets and highest energy. Friday and Sunday also have full programming. Open seven days for more casual weekday pool days. Midweek dates when the venue operates offer the lowest minimums and most relaxed cabana availability at Go Pool.
