Insider Tips

NBAA-BACE (Business Aviation Convention) Tips for First-Timers

  • Plan a full day for the Henderson static display. Touring business jets on the ramp is the highlight of NBAA-BACE, and manufacturers staff their aircraft with experts who can answer detailed questions.
  • The LVCC indoor exhibits are where you will find avionics companies, MRO providers, FBOs, and service providers. Split your time between the two venues strategically.
  • Free shuttle buses run between the LVCC and Henderson Executive Airport. The ride takes 25–35 minutes depending on traffic. Check the schedule and plan accordingly.
  • Wear comfortable shoes and dress business casual. At Henderson, you will be outdoors on the airport ramp — bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat.
  • Download the NBAA-BACE app and schedule meetings in advance. The show is large enough that finding someone without a plan can waste hours.
  • If you are interested in a specific aircraft, contact the manufacturer before the show to schedule a dedicated tour or demo flight.
  • Networking events and manufacturer receptions happen every evening. These are where relationships are built and deals move forward.
