Entry Navigation
Level 1, Not Level 3: Finding the Hakkasan Guest List Check-In
The single most common mistake at Hakkasan is navigating directly to the nightclub floors and ending up in the wrong queue. Guest list check-in is at the restaurant-level entrance on Level 1 inside MGM Grand — not at the nightclub floors above. The guest list desk, host check-in staff, and the entry point that honors free admission are all at the ground-level restaurant entrance. Guests who ride the elevator directly to Level 3 or above arrive without having checked in and must return to Level 1, adding 15 to 25 minutes on a busy night.
Directions from the main MGM Grand entrance: enter from the main Las Vegas Boulevard porte-cochere, follow the casino floor toward the Hakkasan restaurant signage (well-marked, heading south through the main gaming area), and locate the Hakkasan restaurant entrance. Give your name to the host staff — they confirm your party size, verify the female-to-male ratio, and direct you to the escalator or elevator to the nightclub floors. This entire check-in process happens at Level 1 before you ascend to the club.
On Vegas Golden Knights home game nights at T-Mobile Arena (0.3 miles from MGM Grand), the post-game crowd creates a temporary entry surge approximately 15 to 30 minutes after the final whistle. Guest list guests have two options: arrive at Hakkasan before the game ends, or wait until 45 minutes after the final whistle when the surge clears. The surge is predictable and short-lived — it peaks quickly and subsides within 30 to 40 minutes.
Night Selection
R&Bae Wednesday vs. Weekend EDM: Which Hakkasan Night Is Right for Your Group?
Hakkasan operates four nights per week — Wednesday through Saturday — and each night is a meaningfully different experience. The choice between nights is a music and crowd decision first, a cost and logistics decision second.
Wednesday: R&Bae with DJ Franzen. The most accessible Hakkasan night for mixed or male-heavy groups. DJ Franzen programs classic R&B spanning Jodeci, Usher, Mariah Carey, and Aaliyah alongside contemporary hip-hop. Same-day guest list sign-up is accepted. Ratio enforcement at the door is the most relaxed of any Hakkasan night. Bottle service minimums run $400 to $500 below Friday–Saturday peak pricing. For groups celebrating birthdays midweek, bachelor parties arriving Wednesday, or any group wanting the Hakkasan production at lower density, R&Bae Wednesday is the correct choice.
Thursday: Ling Ling Lounge.Thursday programming centers on the Ling Ling Lounge with Chase B, 4B, TELYKAST, and rotating performers. Thursday is Hakkasan's industry night — the most locally-composed crowd of the week, lower density, and the lowest bottle service minimums in the weekly schedule. Sign up 24 hours ahead; ratio enforcement is more relaxed than Friday or Saturday.
Friday: Hip-Hop and EDM headliner rotation.Friday has evolved into Hakkasan's primary hip-hop and crossover programming night in 2026, with rotating headliners including DJ Mustard, Loud Luxury, and Charlotte de Witte. Sign up 24 to 48 hours ahead and plan arrival by 11:30 PM for smooth check-in before the 12:30 AM men's cutoff.
Saturday: Peak headliner programming.Saturday commands the most advance planning. Summer 2026 confirmed Saturday headliners include Tyga (July 4), DJ Mustard (July 11), French Montana (July 18), Big Sean (July 25), and Murda Beatz (July 31). Sign up 3 to 5 days in advance — same-day Saturday submissions are declined on confirmed headliner dates. The guest list benefit is highest on Saturday: door prices reach $60 to $80 for men, converting to zero on the NoCoverVegas guest list.
| Night | Format | Resident / Headliner | Guest List Tip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wednesday | R&Bae (R&B / Hip-Hop) | DJ Franzen (resident) | Same day OK — most relaxed night |
| Thursday | Ling Ling Lounge | Chase B, 4B, TELYKAST, rotating | 24 hrs ahead — lowest bottle minimums |
| Friday | Hip-Hop / EDM headliner | DJ Mustard, Loud Luxury, rotating | Sign up 24–48 hrs ahead |
| Saturday | Peak headliner | Tyga, DJ Mustard, French Montana, Big Sean, Murda Beatz | Sign up 3–5 days ahead — highest savings |
Floor Guide
Five Floors, One Admission: How to Navigate Hakkasan
Hakkasan's five-floor, 80,000 square-foot architecture operates as a complete environment rather than a scaled-up single room. Floors 1 and 2 house the award-winning Cantonese restaurant and private dining rooms. Floor 3 is the Ling Ling Lounge — a 10,000+ square-foot dedicated hip-hop floor with its own DJ, dance floor, and VIP sections, running independently from the EDM main room. The upper floors contain the main nightclub room, mezzanine, Pavilion, and back areas where festival-scale production operates at full capacity on Friday and Saturday headliner nights.
The recommended approach for guest list groups: check in at Level 1, then start at the Ling Ling Lounge on Level 3 for the first 45 to 60 minutes. The hip-hop floor operates at lower density than the EDM main room and is more conversational in energy — the ideal place for groups to settle in before the main room peaks after midnight. Ascend to the main EDM floor for the headliner's main set. The mezzanine above the main floor provides elevated sightlines with significantly lower crowd density — for groups who want to see the full LED production without being at floor level when the room exceeds 3,000 people, the mezzanine is the preferred position.
Sound positioning in the main room: the soundboard-center position — approximately two-thirds back from the stage along the center axis — delivers the most balanced audio and the clearest visual line to the full multi-story LED installation. Groups who go immediately to the front-of-stage position end up directly in front of the speaker stacks and at the farthest distance from the DJ's sightline. The soundboard-center consistently rates highest for both audio quality and overall production sightlines.
R&Bae Wednesdays
R&Bae Wednesday: The Strip's Best Midweek R&B Night
R&Bae Wednesday at Hakkasan is the most consistent recurring midweek night on the Las Vegas Strip for groups that want a hip-hop and R&B primary experience. DJ Franzen anchors the residency — he previously held a lengthy stint at Drai's before bringing this format to Hakkasan, and the Wednesday program has drawn a loyal local and tourist following. The playlist covers Jodeci, Usher, Mariah Carey, and Aaliyah from the classic era alongside contemporary hip-hop and R&B that audiences recognize — creating a social, sing-along energy that differs from the DJ-forward EDM experience of peak weekends.
Wednesday guest list logistics are the most straightforward of any Hakkasan operating night. Same-day sign-up is accepted through NoCoverVegas (text (725) 999-9293with your name, date, and group size). Ratio enforcement at the Level 1 check-in desk is more relaxed than on Friday or Saturday — groups with two or three more men than women typically proceed through without issue on Wednesdays. The crowd arrives more gradually on Wednesdays, so the check-in line at Level 1 moves quickly even into the midnight hour.
Bottle service on R&Bae Wednesday starts at $600 for main room positions and Ling Ling Lounge tables, running $400 to $500 below Friday and Saturday minimums. For birthday groups that want the full Hakkasan bottle service experience without needing a specific headliner night, booking Wednesday combines the lowest minimums with the most relaxed ratio enforcement and the most accommodating check-in process — an ideal structure for groups of 6 to 10 celebrating midweek.
July 2026 Calendar
Hakkasan July 2026: DJ Schedule & Guest List Timing
Hakkasan's July 2026 calendar runs 10 confirmed headliner dates across four Saturdays and four Fridays, anchored by a West Coast hip-hop and R&B Saturday sequence that makes July the strongest single-month headliner run at any MGM Grand venue. Guest list timing varies significantly by date.
DJ Mustard on July 11 is the highest-demand Saturday in July. NBA 2K Summer League peaks that weekend with all 30 franchises in Las Vegas, and DJ Mustard's West Coast production catalog is culturally aligned with the basketball-adjacent crowd. Sign up 5 to 7 days ahead and plan arrival before 11:00 PM. Tyga on July 4 carries Independence Day holiday weekend demand — same 5 to 7 day advance window. French Montana (July 18), Big Sean (July 25), and Murda Beatz (July 31) each require 3 to 5 days advance sign-up.
Friday headliners carry more accessible guest list conditions. Nitrane (July 10), Kaysan (July 17), and DJ E-Rock (July 24) are all 24 to 48 hour advance sign-up situations. Thursday Chase B dates (July 9 and July 23) and 4B (July 16) are the lowest-pressure nights of the month — same-day or 24-hour sign-up clears reliably, and ratio enforcement is the most relaxed of any Hakkasan night.
| Date | Artist | Format | Guest List Tip |

Groups of 6+
Birthday Groups, Bachelor Parties & Large Groups: Hakkasan Guest List Strategy
Hakkasan caps the number of men per guest list registration at 4. This is an administrative cap per submission, not a cap on total group size. A group of 10 people (5 men, 5 women) submits two separate registrations with a maximum of 4 men each. Both registrations use the same arrival time, both check in at the Level 1 desk, and the group reunites at the nightclub entrance after check-in. Submit all registrations simultaneously so both appear under the same date in the system.
For birthday groups of 6 to 12, the two most common structures are the guest list split (free entry for all members with even ratio across multiple registrations) and a Ling Ling Lounge bottle service table starting at $750 (bypasses the ratio requirement entirely and provides dedicated seating). Birthday bottle service includes a champagne toast and DJ birthday acknowledgment with advance notice — submit birthday details at least 48 hours before your visit through NoCoverVegas.
For bachelor parties where male headcount exceeds female headcount: R&Bae Wednesday is the best night. Ratio enforcement is most relaxed, same-day sign-up is open, and bottle service minimums are the lowest of the week. A Wednesday bachelor party at Hakkasan combines the lowest cost with the highest chance of smooth guest list entry — the most common structure requested by bachelor group organizers through NoCoverVegas.
The Hakkasan restaurant pipeline (Levels 1 and 2) is the most underused planning tool for large groups. A group of 6 to 10 that books dinner at the restaurant starting at 9 PM transitions to the nightclub floors at 11 PM entirely within the same building — one address, no rideshare logistics, no venue transfer. The restaurant accepts reservations through OpenTable 2 to 3 weeks ahead on peak weekend nights.

Palm Tree Beach Club to Hakkasan: The MGM Grand Day-to-Night Pipeline
Palm Tree Beach Club and Hakkasan Nightclub share the MGM Grand campus — the only property on the Strip where the dayclub and nightclub are under the same roof. Palm Tree Beach Club operates on the hotel pool deck from 11:00 AM through early evening during pool season, with headliner DJ programming from the same artist ecosystem as Hakkasan. Tiesto headlines Palm Tree on peak summer Saturdays; Chris Lake, Alesso, and Elderbrook rotate through the afternoon pool calendar.
The MGM Grand day-to-night pipeline: check into Palm Tree Beach Club at 11:00 AM on the NoCoverVegas dayclub guest list. Stay through the headliner set (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM peak hours). As Palm Tree winds down, return to your MGM Grand hotel room to change into nightclub dress code attire. The Hakkasan guest list check-in opens at 10:30 PM; the walk from your hotel room to the Level 1 Hakkasan entrance is three minutes. Groups staying at MGM Grand execute pool party to world-class mega-club without any transit between the two.
For July 2026: July 11 pairs Tiesto at Palm Tree Beach Club (11:00 AM) with DJ Mustard at Hakkasan (10:30 PM). July 25 pairs Elderbrook DJ Set at Palm Tree (11:00 AM) with Big Sean at Hakkasan (10:00 PM). NoCoverVegas manages guest list access for both venues — submit for Palm Tree and Hakkasan simultaneously. The combined cover savings on a Saturday pairing: $40 to $80 for pool entry plus $60 to $80 for the nightclub door, totaling $100 to $160 converted to zero before the first drink.
Venue Comparison
Hakkasan vs. OMNIA vs. XS: Which Club for Your Guest List Night?
All three are top mega-clubs in Las Vegas with free guest list through NoCoverVegas. The decision comes down to music preference, group composition, and which experience the group prioritizes.
Choose Hakkasanif your group wants dual-genre access (EDM upstairs AND hip-hop at the Ling Ling Lounge on the same admission), the largest scale (80,000 sq ft, 3,800-person capacity), or the best midweek R&B night on the Strip (R&Bae Wednesdays). Hakkasan is also the best choice when group members want different genres — EDM fans go upstairs, hip-hop fans use Ling Ling, and both groups move freely between floors throughout the night.
Choose OMNIA at Caesarsif the kinetic chandelier spectacle is the primary experiential goal — the chandelier descends onto the crowd and illuminates the room from inside. OMNIA's more contained 21,000 sq ft feel creates a more focused, intense experience compared to Hakkasan's 80,000 sq ft multi-floor exploration. Guest list ratio enforcement at OMNIA is stricter than Hakkasan on most nights.
Choose XS at Wynnif outdoor Nightswim pool access during summer months is the priority, or if Calvin Harris, The Chainsmokers, or Diplo are performing during your visit. XS's 40,000 sq ft indoor/outdoor format is the best for groups who want pool-adjacent nightlife energy with headliner production. Groups staying at Wynn or Encore have the most direct casino-floor-to-club walk of any Strip property.
Hakkasan Guest List — FAQ
How do I get on the Hakkasan guest list?
Sign up through NoCoverVegas using the form on this page. Enter your name, phone number, the date you want to go, and your group size. You will receive a text confirmation within minutes. There is no charge — signing up is 100% free with no obligation.
Where is the Hakkasan guest list check-in located?
Hakkasan guest list check-in is at the restaurant-level entrance on Level 1 inside MGM Grand — NOT at the nightclub floors above. Enter MGM Grand from the main Las Vegas Boulevard porte-cochere, follow the casino floor toward the Hakkasan restaurant signage, and check in at the Level 1 host desk before ascending to the club. This is the single most common first-timer mistake: going directly to the upper nightclub floors without checking in at Level 1 first.
Is the Hakkasan guest list free?
Yes — 100% free. NoCoverVegas never charges to put you on the Hakkasan guest list. You save the full cover charge, which is normally $40 to $75 depending on the night and who is performing.
What time does the Hakkasan guest list sign-up close?
The sign-up deadline is 8:00 PM on the evening of your visit. This is a hard cutoff — late submissions after 8:00 PM are not accepted. For Friday and Saturday headliner nights, sign up 24 to 48 hours in advance. For major headliner Saturdays (Tyga, DJ Mustard, French Montana), sign up 3 to 5 days ahead.
What time must I arrive for Hakkasan guest list free entry?
Men must arrive before 12:30 AM to receive complimentary entry on the guest list. Women are free all night on the guest list regardless of arrival time. We strongly recommend arriving between 10:30 PM and midnight on busy nights to avoid the post-midnight rush.
What is the gender ratio requirement at Hakkasan?
Men receive complimentary entry before 12:30 AM when the group has an even or better female-to-male ratio (at least as many women as men). Groups with more men than women typically pay cover or are held at the check-in desk longer. For groups with more men than women, R&Bae Wednesday is the most ratio-relaxed night of the week.
How many people can be on the Hakkasan guest list per registration?
Hakkasan caps male guest list submissions at 4 men per registration. A group of 10 (5 men, 5 women) must split into two separate registrations, with a maximum of 4 men in any single submission. Both registrations use the same arrival time and check in together at the Level 1 desk.
Does the Hakkasan guest list cover the Ling Ling Lounge and the main nightclub?
Yes — a single guest list entry covers both rooms. The Ling Ling Lounge on Level 3 is a 10,000+ square-foot dedicated hip-hop and R&B floor operating independently from the main EDM nightclub on the upper levels. Your guest list check-in at Level 1 grants access to all nightclub floors — you can move freely between Ling Ling Lounge and the main room throughout the night without paying again.
What is R&Bae Wednesday at Hakkasan?
R&Bae Wednesday is Hakkasan's signature midweek R&B night anchored by resident DJ Franzen, who previously held a lengthy residency at Drai's before bringing this format to Hakkasan. The programming covers classic R&B (Jodeci, Usher, Mariah Carey, Aaliyah) alongside contemporary hip-hop. Wednesday is the most accessible Hakkasan night: same-day sign-up is accepted, ratio enforcement is more relaxed than weekends, and bottle service minimums start $400 to $500 below Friday–Saturday rates.
What is the dress code at Hakkasan?
Men must wear a collared or dress shirt, fitted pants or dark jeans, and dress shoes or clean leather sneakers. Athletic wear, jerseys, sports shoes, tank tops, cargo shorts, and hats are denied entry at all times. Women should wear dresses, heels, or fashionable nightlife attire. Dress code enforcement is strictest on Saturday headliner nights — confirm dress requirements with all group members before leaving your hotel.
Can I get on the Hakkasan guest list last minute?
Same-day guest list sign-ups are accepted for R&Bae Wednesday and Thursday Ling Ling nights. For Friday headliner nights, sign up 24 to 48 hours in advance. For confirmed Saturday headliner dates (Tyga, DJ Mustard, French Montana, Big Sean, Murda Beatz), same-day and last-minute Saturday sign-ups are typically declined — submit 3 to 5 days before your planned visit.
Is Hakkasan open on Wednesday nights?
Yes — Hakkasan is open Wednesday through Saturday. Wednesday is R&Bae night with DJ Franzen (R&B and hip-hop). Thursday features Chase B, 4B, TELYKAST, and rotating performers at the Ling Ling Lounge. Friday and Saturday run EDM and hip-hop headliner programming. Hakkasan is not open Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.
What happens if my group arrives after the 12:30 AM men's guest list cutoff?
If men in your group arrive after 12:30 AM, they will need to pay general admission cover regardless of having a guest list registration. Women remain free all night. Arrive before midnight on Friday and Saturday headliner nights — the post-midnight general admission queue is the longest wait of the evening.
What is Hakkasan like on a typical Saturday night?
Saturday nights at Hakkasan are full peak production — 3,800-person capacity, festival-grade multi-story LED installations at full intensity, and top-tier hip-hop or EDM headliners at 10:30 PM. The Ling Ling Lounge on Level 3 runs hip-hop simultaneously. Guest list ratio enforcement is strictest on Saturday; plan arrival between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM for smooth check-in. Peak crowd density runs from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
How does Hakkasan compare to OMNIA and XS for guest list access?
All three offer free guest list entry through NoCoverVegas. Hakkasan is the best choice for groups wanting maximum genre diversity — EDM upstairs and hip-hop at the Ling Ling Lounge simultaneously. OMNIA at Caesars is best for groups prioritizing the kinetic chandelier spectacle and EDM-primary programming. XS at Wynn is best for groups who want the outdoor Nightswim pool experience and Calvin Harris or The Chainsmokers. For male-heavy groups, Hakkasan's R&Bae Wednesday has the most relaxed ratio enforcement of the three.
Does Hakkasan have a birthday package on the guest list?
Birthday groups on the guest list receive a complimentary DJ birthday acknowledgment and champagne toast with advance notice. Submit your birthday details through NoCoverVegas when registering — coordinate at least 48 hours before your visit. Birthday bottle service at the Ling Ling Lounge starts at $750 and includes a full sparkler presentation, reserved table, and dedicated host — the most efficient upgrade for groups of 4 to 8 celebrating a birthday.
What is the best night at Hakkasan for a bachelor party?
R&Bae Wednesday is the best Hakkasan night for bachelor parties: ratio enforcement is most relaxed, same-day guest list sign-up is accepted, and bottle service minimums start $400 to $500 below weekend pricing. If the group's priority is a peak headliner show, book for a Friday — ratio enforcement is stricter than Wednesday but more lenient than Saturday, and headliner programming is strong. Sign up 24 to 48 hours ahead for Friday bachelor parties.
What is the Hakkasan guest list check-in process step by step?
Enter MGM Grand from the main Las Vegas Boulevard porte-cochere. Follow the casino floor toward the Hakkasan restaurant signage heading south. Locate the Hakkasan restaurant entrance on Level 1. Give your name to the host staff — they confirm your party size, verify the female-to-male ratio, and issue your entry wristband or stamp. The check-in staff then direct you to the escalator or elevator to the nightclub floors. This entire process happens at Level 1 before you ascend to the club.
Expert Tips
Insider Guide: Hakkasan Guest List
Guest list check-in is at the restaurant-level entrance (Level 1) inside MGM Grand — NOT at the upstairs nightclub floors. Enter MGM Grand from the main Las Vegas Blvd porte-cochere, follow the casino floor toward the Hakkasan restaurant signage on Level 1, and check in before ascending. This is the most common first-timer mistake at Hakkasan.
Your single guest list entry covers both the main nightclub (upper levels, EDM) and the Ling Ling Lounge (Level 3, hip-hop). Start at Ling Ling when you arrive — the hip-hop floor runs at lower density in the first hour and is more social than the main room at peak capacity. Move upstairs after midnight for the headliner's main set.
R&Bae Wednesdays are the most accessible Hakkasan night for mixed or male-heavy groups: ratio enforcement is most relaxed, same-day sign-up is accepted, and bottle service minimums start $400–$500 below Friday–Saturday pricing. If your group has flexibility on night, Wednesday is the correct call.
For groups of more than 4 men, Hakkasan caps male guest list submissions at 4 men per registration. Split into multiple registrations with a maximum of 4 men each. Both registrations use the same arrival time and check in at the Level 1 desk together — submit all registrations simultaneously so they appear under the same date in the system.
On Vegas Golden Knights home game nights at T-Mobile Arena (0.3 miles from MGM Grand), plan your arrival before the game ends or at least 45 minutes after the final whistle. The post-game rush peaks 15–30 minutes after the whistle and subsides within 30–40 minutes.
The Hakkasan restaurant (Levels 1–2) accepts reservations through OpenTable 2–3 weeks ahead on peak weekend nights. Groups who book dinner at 9 PM and transition upstairs at 11 PM execute the most complete Hakkasan evening — no rideshare, no venue transfer, from dinner service to last call within one address.
About the Venue
About Hakkasan Nightclub
Hakkasan at MGM Grand is an immersive 80,000 square foot, five-level entertainment complex that combines Las Vegas's most awarded Cantonese restaurant with a world-class nightclub experience. Opened in 2013, the venue's layout across five floors creates completely distinct atmospheres: Levels 1 and 2 house the award-winning Cantonese restaurant; Level 3 features the Ling Ling Lounge — a 10,000+ square-foot hip-hop lounge with its own dance floor and DJ; and the upper levels contain the sweeping main nightclub room where Steve Aoki and Loud Luxury hold 2026 residencies alongside Above & Beyond, Acraze, Charlotte de Witte, Laidback Luke, Black Coffee, and Vintage Culture.
In 2026, Hakkasan has expanded its programming to embrace hip-hop and R&B alongside its EDM roots, emerging as the Strip's most genre-flexible mega-club. R&Bae Wednesdays deliver the Strip's best midweek R&B experience. Friday and Saturday headliner bookings mix EDM talent with hip-hop acts — Tyga, French Montana, Big Sean, DJ Mustard — a dual-identity programming calendar no other Las Vegas mega-club replicates at this scale. With 3,800-person capacity and a Wednesday through Saturday schedule, Hakkasan is one of the highest-volume clubs in Las Vegas and one of the most recognized nightclub brands in the world.
