Getting There
How to Get to World of Concrete
Parking
The LVCC has large surface lots and a parking garage surrounding the complex. Expect to pay $15–25 per day during major shows. Lots fill up fast — arrive before 9 AM or consider rideshare instead.
Rideshare (Uber / Lyft)
Uber and Lyft have a designated pickup and dropoff area on Convention Center Drive. Surge pricing is common during morning arrivals and evening departures — stagger your schedule to avoid the rush.
Public Transit / Monorail
The Las Vegas Monorail has a dedicated Convention Center station with direct service to Strip hotels from MGM Grand to the Sahara. A single ride is $5 and a full-day pass is $13. During peak convention hours the monorail is often faster than driving.
Walking from the Strip
The north end of the Las Vegas Strip is about a 15-minute walk from the LVCC. The monorail makes it easy to reach central and south Strip hotels in under 10 minutes.
Vegas After Hours
Nightlife During World of Concrete
When 61,000 trade show attendees descend on Las Vegas for World of Concrete, the nightlife scene shifts into a higher gear. The Strip's biggest clubs extend their lineups, book marquee DJs, and host industry-specific after-parties to capture the surge. Expect longer peak hours, busier dance floors, and an electric atmosphere that feeds off the energy of the trade show crowd. Whether your group is celebrating a successful day of meetings or just looking to unwind, you will find every style of nightlife within minutes of your hotel.
Convention weeks create a unique dynamic in Vegas. The typical weekend tourist crowd blends with professionals who are in town on expense accounts and looking to make the most of their evenings. Bottle service tables sell out faster than usual, especially at venues like XS, OMNIA, and Marquee. If VIP seating is on your radar, booking early is strongly recommended. For everyone else, the guest list is the smartest move — it guarantees free entry and lets you skip the general-admission line that grows significantly during major trade show weeks.
The best part of going out during World of Concrete is the social element. You will run into colleagues, competitors, and new contacts on the dance floor. Some of the most productive conversations at any convention happen after midnight over cocktails, not on the show floor. Strip clubs like Sapphire and Crazy Horse III are also extremely popular with convention groups — free guest list from your hotel and no cover through our guest list make it an easy choice for groups of any size.
After the Show
World of Concrete After Dark — Nightlife Picks
World of Concrete brings 61,000 construction and masonry professionals to Las Vegas in January — a month when hotel rates are lower, nightclub lines are shorter, and the city is genuinely welcoming to a crowd that has been on its feet all day watching live concrete pours and equipment demos under the Silver Lot sky. The trades crowd has a well-earned reputation for knowing how to celebrate, and Vegas is more than ready to deliver. Monday night sets the tone for the week. Groups form outside the LVCC Central Hall after the 5 PM close and tend to move directly to dinner before the evening picks up. Sapphire Las Vegas is the most popular first stop for World of Concrete groups — it is the largest gentlemen's club in the world, free entry is available through our guest list, and it handles large contractor and supplier groups comfortably. For those who prefer a nightclub, XS at Wynn Las Vegas is one monorail stop north and offers an indoor winter experience that works perfectly in January's cooler temperatures. Tuesday is the week's biggest social night, with industry dinners and supplier-hosted events wrapping around 9–10 PM and groups migrating to the Strip afterward. Crazy Horse III is a popular option for groups coming from dinner — modern, upscale, and no cover through NoCoverVegas. Wednesday evening, before Thursday's half day, is the last full night and often the loosest — groups with early Thursday flights skip it, but those staying through the close of the show tend to make Wednesday the most memorable night. January weather in Vegas runs 45–60°F in the evenings — bring a jacket for the walk between venues. Rideshare from the LVCC to any Strip venue runs $8–15 and takes under 15 minutes at night with no traffic.

Make the Most of Your Trip
Insider Tips for World of Concrete Attendees
Balance Your Schedule
Convention days are long and draining. If you plan to go out at night, map out which sessions and booths are must-sees so you can leave the show floor by late afternoon. A short break at your hotel between the trade show and dinner makes a massive difference in your energy level for the evening ahead.
Pick the Right Nights
The first night of World of Concrete is usually the wildest — everyone has just arrived and the excitement is high. The final night tends to be more relaxed as attendees pack and prepare for early flights. For the best club lineups, Friday and Saturday nights always deliver regardless of the convention calendar.
Recovery Game Plan
Hydration is everything in the desert. Keep a water bottle on you during the trade show and match every cocktail with a glass of water at night. Order room service breakfast or grab a quick bite at your hotel before heading to the venue — skipping breakfast after a late night is a recipe for a miserable afternoon on the show floor.
Book as a Group
Heading out with colleagues or clients? Larger groups get better treatment at every venue in Las Vegas. When you sign up for the guest list, include your full group count so we can arrange a ride that fits everyone and ensure your party walks in together. Groups of six or more can often request reserved seating at no extra cost.
Pool Parties During World of Concrete
Convention sessions typically wrap by 5 PM. That leaves the perfect window for a pool party before dinner. Las Vegas dayclubs operate March through October with free guest list entry — a popular choice for networking or blowing off steam after a full day of sessions and exhibits.

Where is World of Concrete 2026?
World of Concrete 2026 is at the Las Vegas Convention Center, 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The show uses the Central Hall and South Hall for indoor exhibits, with the outdoor live demonstration areas in the Silver Lot adjacent to the convention center.
What are the World of Concrete 2026 dates?
World of Concrete 2026 runs Monday, January 19 through Thursday, January 22, 2026. Show hours are 9:30 AM–5:00 PM Monday through Wednesday, with a half day on Thursday closing at 1:00 PM. Education sessions begin as early as 8:00 AM each day.
Is there parking at World of Concrete?
Yes. The LVCC has surface lots and a parking garage, typically running $15–25 per day. Lots fill quickly on Monday and Tuesday mornings — plan to arrive before 9 AM or use the Las Vegas Monorail. The Convention Center monorail station is a short walk from the Central Hall entrance and gives direct access to Strip hotels without the parking hassle.
What should I wear to World of Concrete?
Business casual is appropriate for the indoor exhibit halls. For the outdoor Silver Lot demonstration areas, wear closed-toe shoes (steel-toed are common and appropriate), a jacket, and weather-appropriate layers. January in Las Vegas runs 45–60°F during the day and drops into the 40s at night. The outdoor demos involve heavy equipment and sometimes muddy or dusty surfaces, so prioritize practical footwear.
What are the outdoor live demonstrations at World of Concrete?
The Silver Lot outdoor demonstration area is one of the show's biggest draws. Live demos include concrete forming and pouring operations, decorative concrete applications like staining and stamping, masonry installation, heavy equipment operation from major manufacturers, diamond cutting and grinding demonstrations, and shotcrete applications. Demos run throughout show hours — check the official app for specific scheduled demonstration times and arrive early for the popular equipment showcases.
How do I get from my Strip hotel to the World of Concrete at the LVCC?
The Las Vegas Monorail connects the Convention Center station to several major Strip hotels including MGM Grand, Bally's/Paris, Flamingo, and Harrah's. A multi-day monorail pass pays for itself quickly. Rideshare from mid-Strip typically runs $8–15 and takes under 10 minutes. If you're driving, leave early — the LVCC parking lots fill by 9 AM on busy show days, especially Monday.
Are there education certifications at World of Concrete?
Yes. The education program includes ACI (American Concrete Institute) certification exams, ICRI (International Concrete Repair Institute) courses, OSHA safety training, and technical seminars covering concrete mix design, surface preparation, repair methods, and decorative applications. Many sessions carry CEU credits. Education sessions require separate registration and begin before the exhibit hall opens at 9:30 AM — register in advance since popular certification sessions sell out early.
What is the best way to get from World of Concrete to Sapphire Las Vegas?
Sapphire Las Vegas is located at 3025 S Industrial Rd, about 2 miles from the LVCC. The fastest route is rideshare (Uber/Lyft), which runs approximately $8–12 and takes 5–8 minutes at night. Groups of 4–6 can share a rideshare and split the cost. Through our NoCoverVegas guest list, World of Concrete attendees get free entry to Sapphire. Submit your group name and size online at least 24 hours before your visit for confirmed placement.
What hotels are closest to the LVCC for World of Concrete attendees?
The Westgate Las Vegas is directly adjacent to the LVCC and is the most convenient hotel for the show. The Renaissance Las Vegas connects via skybridge. For Strip access, Wynn/Encore and the Hilton at Resorts World are the nearest luxury options. January is a lower-demand month in Las Vegas, so hotel rates are more reasonable than summer — book 6–8 weeks in advance for the best rates during show week.
What major product categories are exhibited at World of Concrete?
World of Concrete covers the full concrete and masonry construction industry. Major categories include ready-mix equipment (trucks, mixers, batching plants), decorative concrete products and chemical systems, diamond tools and grinding equipment, masonry blocks and materials, concrete forming and shoring systems, admixtures and surface treatments, dust and slurry management equipment, and construction estimating and project management software. Hundreds of exhibitors across these categories attend to launch new products to a concentrated audience of contractors and specifiers.
