Vegas Hotel Guide

Nightlife Near The Cromwell

The Cromwell is the smallest boutique hotel on the Las Vegas Strip with only 188 rooms, and it is built for nightlife. Drai's Nightclub and Drai's After Hours are both in the building — giving you a nightclub AND an after-hours venue without ever stepping outside. The hotel sits directly between Caesars Palace and the Bellagio, placing OMNIA and Marquee within a 5-minute walk.

If your primary reason for visiting Vegas is nightlife, The Cromwell is the most nightlife-focused hotel on the Strip. It is small, it is stylish, and your nightclub is literally downstairs.

On-Property: Drai's Nightclub

Drai's Nightclub operates in the lower level of The Cromwell with a multi-room concept splitting between a hip-hop room and a house music room. The venue moved to its basement location in November 2025, creating a more underground atmosphere. Drai's runs Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30 PM to 4 AM.

Drai's is the strongest hip-hop nightclub on the Strip, consistently booking major hip-hop and R&B artists for live performances. If hip-hop is your preference, this is the definitive Vegas venue.

For Cromwell guests, the walk from your room to Drai's is approximately 2-3 minutes — the shortest hotel-to-nightclub distance in Vegas.

On-Property: Drai's After Hours

Drai's After Hours runs Thursday through Sunday from 1 AM to 6 AM in a separate space within The Cromwell. The venue splits into two rooms: a hip-hop room and a house/electronic room, with mansion-inspired decor. This is the only after-hours venue directly connected to a Strip hotel.

The OMNIA-to-Drai's After Hours pipeline is one of the best nightlife sequences in Vegas: nightclub until 2 AM, then walk 2 minutes to after-hours until 6 AM. Cromwell guests have an even shorter walk — just go downstairs.

2-Minute Walk: OMNIA at Caesars

OMNIA at Caesars Palace is directly adjacent to The Cromwell — a 2-minute walk through the connecting area. OMNIA's 75,000-square-foot venue runs Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday, giving you nightclub access every night of the week between OMNIA and Drai's.

Pre-Game Dining

The Cromwell's signature restaurant is Giada — Giada De Laurentiis' Italian restaurant with Strip views from the terrace. It is one of the best pre-club dinner options on the Strip, combining quality Italian food with a scene. The restaurant transitions from dinner to drinks as the night progresses.

Drai's Café is the casual option for a quicker meal. For more variety, Caesars Palace is 2 minutes away with Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, Nobu, and a dozen other restaurants.
